To make it easy to partner with Antanker, we’ve created a list of Frequently Asked Questions for using the Antanker website, and the corresponding Answers.
Q:What forms of payment do you accept?
A:We accept Bank Transfer, PayPal.We validate and verify cards using a number of methods, so we cannot accept prepaid cards, as they will not validate through our security system.
Q:Do you have special pricing for Distributor?
A:We offer distributor pricing for resale to approved customers. We must have a valid, current year, state-issued retail license on file for you to be an approved Distributor. If you are interested in becoming an approved distributor or need to update your information on file, please contact us.
Q:Do you offer any other discounts?
A:We run promotions from time-to-time and advertise in some selected publications. However, we usually have posted prices lower than dealer cost. If you are interested in ordering in volume, more than $6000 in a single order, please contact us prior to ordering.
Q:How do you ship orders?
A:If your order shipping from E-town,will ship by Fedex Ground;If you order shipping from China,will ship by Fedex or Ups.
Q:How do I get a tracking number?
A:If we have your email address, tracking numbers are automatically sent the day after the order ships. This allows the shipping carrier to scan your package and it show up in their system. You may also contact us by phone or email for assistance with tracking information.
Q:My order was damaged upon delivery, what do I do now?
A:If your order came via a ground service (FedEx Ground or Home Delivery), you will need to contact our Customer Support Department and open a Customer Support Case. Our Customer Support Team will assist you with this, but will require pictures of what you received. We will handle the filing of the damage claim with the shipping company.
